Return Policy:

Special Enterprises will not accept returns and refunds for customized products as it’s specially made for you. We would like you to read the description and specification while placing your orders.

In case of perishable items, delivery will be attempted just once.

If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable in future , not attending the delivery person call or any other .

No return are possible in such cases.

Cancellation by Special Enterprises :

Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control.
